05. YouTube API Services & Google User Data
Collab with Creator uses YouTube API Services to allow creators to connect their YouTube channel, verify ownership, and synchronize public performance metrics (including channel title, subscriber count, and recent video/Short engagement) into their creator media kit and portfolio.
By connecting your YouTube account with Collab with Creator, you acknowledge and agree that your data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service .
Revocation of Access & Data Deletion
In addition to disconnecting your channel from within your Collab with Creator portfolio settings, you can revoke Collab with Creator's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings Permissions Page .
We only store the data necessary to display your creator profile and portfolio (channel ID, title, subscriber count, and recent video metrics). We do not transfer or sell your YouTube data to third parties. If you disconnect your channel or delete your Collab with Creator account, all associated authentication tokens and cached YouTube channel data are permanently deleted from our servers.
