By accessing and using Collab with Creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Content & Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their content, but grant Collab with Creator a license to display and promote it on the platform. Brands own any briefs or campaign materials they upload.
Service Usage
Our platform facilitates connections between brands and creators. While we provide the tools for collaboration, the specific terms of individual projects are negotiated between the parties.
01. Use of the Platform
Collab with Creator provides a marketplace for brands to connect with social media creators. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
02. Professional Conduct
All users are expected to maintain professional standards during brief negotiations, campaign execution, and payment settlement.

03. Payments & Platform Fees
Fees for creator packages and custom proposals are agreed upon directly between the brand and creator. Platform transaction fees are calculated during order checkout. All payouts and payments are securely processed through integrated authorized gateways.
04. Limitation of Liability
Collab with Creator facilitates collaboration tools and dispute moderation workflows. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign disputes outside platform escrow.
05. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the amended terms.
06. Third-Party Integrations & YouTube Terms of Service
Collab with Creator offers optional integrations with third-party platforms, including YouTube, to verify channel ownership and import creator metrics.
By connecting your YouTube account to Collab with Creator, you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .
You also acknowledge that user data retrieved through YouTube API Services is processed in compliance with the Google Privacy Policy . You may revoke Collab with Creator's access to your data at any time via your account settings or the Google Security Settings Permissions Page .
